I'm sure there's other videos and information online even more helpful than this one but here we go. Take a gallon of milk organic if possible or if you have your own car or whatever. Then one cup of water that has rice in it that is raw mix it around straight out the rice you got one cup of rice water and the two together the milk the rice store in a container plastic metal whatever. Put that container in a cool place for about a week and a half to two weeks covered. When cheese curds full to the top you're ready get the whey underneath the curds that is your e-m1. Mix that with molasses equal amounts or less your call store it in an airtight container that's one thing I forgot to mention on the video I have fermentation bucket to use and anytime I'll have at least four gallons of lactic bacteria to use for bokashi or mix it in with my other stuff lactate bacterias are really good in your soil look into it you'll see
