As soon as we landed in Hanoi airport, the homestay we booked cancelled on us. Thankfully we bookmarked other options for a "just-in-case". Navigating through the streets of Hanoi (on foot mostly) we found an amazing vegetarian buffet that was, honestly amazing for the price (totally worth the struggle) flavorful, menu kept changing...for the 3 consecutive days that we went there for lunch🤭. On of our best finds...i guess.(still thinking about it)...occassionally getting lost..😆..altogether we had a fun time in Hanoi. And of course we had to try Hanoi's famous egg coffee..both hot and cold. It was good for something which sounds a little, you know, gross 😆. Worth it. Hot egg coffee - rich,creamy, comforting Cold egg coffee- not too sweet, dessert vibes Tried the salted coffee in HCMC..it was good. Would love to try it again.
