A couple things about the marble race. When we first set up the marble race track, we found that the orignal setup didn't allow the (miniature) marbles to run correctly. So we had to modify the track to allow the marbles to race correctly. Even then there were several times that the marbles didn't run right and we had to do several takes of the same race. The problem is that this marble race track isn't created to run marbles this small. It is supposed to run regular sized glass marbles. These are miniature 3D printed sandstone marbles. The good thing, though, is that since the planet marbles are so small, it made for really good races. There were times that a certain marble would be in the lead and then suddenly it would be a different marble in the lead. This made for some really epic races.
