SC-300II is High productivity multitasking machine covering from diversified small-lot production to mass production. Milling function and Y axis are standard achieving top class high performance turning and milling operations. Equipped with a 7.5 / 3.7kW, 6,000 rpm milling motor and 120mm Y axis stroke, enable the machine to cut complex parts in one operation. The Y axis can be used not only for milling operation but also for the latest turning tools. Y-axis can be used for "Y-axis cut-off" and "Y-axis grooving" cutting from Y axis direction, improving the cutting speed and tool life. All our models have Y-axis some are optional, so the latest machining technology can be used immediately. The turret head can be selected from 12/24-stations turret (Half Index) or 16-stations turret. 12/24-station has 12 live tools with 7.5 / 3.7kW, 40Nm, 6,000rpm, and the 16-stations turret has 5.5 / 3.7kW, 24Nm 6,000rpm milling capability. The NC controlled tailstock can position with accuracy and the setting can be done on our original dedicated screen. The machine can hold up to 12 different settings. Digital chuck interlock is available as standard. It eliminates the mechanical adjustment and achieves the setup-less for repeated jobs. From the Eco-friendly side, the machine is equipped with inverter type hydraulic unit. and way lube lubrication oil recovery system. Various peripheral devices such as NC sub spindle, NC tailstock, gantry loader, etc. are also available. The control unit is equipped with a 15-inch large LCD color panel operation panel compatible with IoT.
