OCC LipTar Primary Pack - First Impression Review

This is my Review on The OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics , Primary Pack! This is my first impression and I was sadly disappointed!! I try on all the primary colors and do a quick swath on my hand! As many of you know I was so excited to try this out! Sadly most of the colors are dull and too liquidy and not full coverage or matte. While some colors blend beautifully others hardly blend and look horrible! Also most of the colors and impossible to get off your skin which makes blending super hard too! The Blue and Black and especially hard and stained my lips for hours even after using makeup remover , eating, drinking, and trying to scrub it off ! I would not buy this again although I do love this brand . I think it is poor quality, the tubes are far too small, and it cost too much for what you get !
