When I posted a training video that included Bruce's #39 move "Anjaneya" people thought I was doing Eddie Gordo's movelist. But the Anjaneya kick isn't just some Capoeira ripoff. It looks like it was modeled after the roll spike in Sepak Takraw, a leg-based Thai version of volleyball. Bruce also has an obligatory back handspring, which I modified into a back whip because doing a back handspring in gloves wasn't working. The rest of his arsenal is straight Muay Thai, with some older Muay Boran moves thrown in, like that knee and elbow sandwich. You could run an aerobics class with this movelist.
