She has successfully guided 50+ organizations through initiatives such as: • 501(c)(3) nonprofit registrations • Minority business certifications • Government contracting preparation • Administrative project management • Grant and proposal writing • Strategic planning and compliance support Megan’s real-world experience with local and state-level contracts in Georgia, including government janitorial services, gives her a practical perspective on how nonprofits and businesses can position themselves for sustainable growth.
