SCOTLAND WINTER ROADTRIP - Exploring Scotland - The Hermitage, Dunkeld

Come with us for the second day of our winter UK road trip adventure as we head from the Lake District, North to the cairngorms in Scotland for a couple of nights. On our nearly 4-hour journey north to the Scottish Highlands, we decided to stop for a wintery walk at The Hermitage, Dunkeld as it was on route. This was a spectacular woodland walk, so much to explore including old bridges, a beautiful waterfall, unique buildings and a beautiful viewing point, it was a lovely place to stop and stretch our legs for a couple of hours enjoying nature and just to unwind. The Hermitage Dunkeld is definitely worth a visit if you're ever passing and in the area. :) After leaving The Hermitage Dunkeld, we carry on and head East through Scotland into the cairngorms where we get to our lodge where we will be staying for a couple of nights, as we both have never visited the area ...... we look forward to what we have planned to explore for day three .... it's been on our list of places to visit for a while ...... and it doesn't disappoint!
