How to Reset Your Wiser HubR | Step-by-Step Guide ✨

In this video we'll show you how to reset the Wiser HubR. This is useful if you need to unpair a previous user account and register with new details. [IMPORTANT NOTE] ⚠️ Please be aware: A factory reset will erase all data, including schedules, Wi-Fi connections, moments, and insights. Every Wiser device will also be removed. [RESETTING THE HUB] 🔍 First, let’s look at the Wiser HubR’s setup light. Depending on its current status, the light might be solid or flashing, and can show colors like green, amber, or red. Don’t worry about that! To reset, press and hold the setup button for about 20 seconds. During this time, you’ll see the Setup LED cycling through different modes. Keep holding the button down until all the lights turn off. Now, release the button! The Wiser HubR will reboot. Wait until the setup light turns solid green before interacting with the HubR. Now that it’s reset to factory defaults, you can set it up from scratch! [ADDITIONAL INFO] If you had other Wiser devices connected, they may also need to be reset.
