Each year, WDPTL implements the Australia Awards Scholarship Intake Campaign throughout Timor-Leste to encourage scholarship applications. As a part of this campaign WDPTL uses images of Timorese on-award students and alumni to inspire future applicants. The purpose of the advertisement is to promote the Australia Awards Scholarships, motivate people to apply and to clearly outline to potential applicants: he application opening and closing dates, the benefits of an Australia Awards Scholarship, how and where to get more information. 4. To help attract more scholarship applications from groups including people with disabilities, those living in rural areas and women.
