The first chapter of my tour of what I am calling the “quiet” Cycladic Islands.Those that for the most part are not. known for their fast pace. And I share with you my typical on board yoga session in a funky way. Enjoy !In June of 2022 last year we left Palma de Mallorca and went to Palermo, Sicily. Then along the North Coast of Sicily around the Aeolians (Lipari Islands) and then thru the Straight of Messina and down the East Coast of Sicily. Then across the Ionian through the Corinth Canal, into the Aegean and down the coast of the Pennepolese to Porto Heli where Vayu my sailing yacht wintered. In SAILING ADVENTURES WITH GRANDAD, you will find the amateur creations of my travels and experiences on Vayu my 44 ft X-yacht. The people I travel with, the places we go, the times we have and my reflections on living this adventure.I am grandad Michael, a lifetime sailor, practicing yogi, father of 4, grandad of 5, amateur chef, and thankful man. I live between Palma de Mallorca, Vayu my sailboat and Los Cabos Mexico.This channel was launched at the beginning of the Ukrainian invasion.
