Oli Duret, started singing as a young child, he’s sang endlessly, everywhere, all the time... Including in class, where he was often told to “keep it down”. In 2002/2003, while concluding his college degree, he started performing mostly alternative music, as a diverse artist he also sings RnB and pop music. around 2001, he started working with a group called "Kai" which never went mainstream but was known by many people. In 2004/2005, Oli Duret started working as a professional singer/songwriter along side Mikaben (Michael Benjamin). He’s also worked collaboratively with numerous other Haitian artists during that time. Oli Duret broke onto the Haitian Music Industry in 2005 when he joined T-vice, one of the most successful Kompa bands of modern time. Oli Duret earned the respect of his fans with his HIT song “SANTIM TA KRIYE”. He contributed a lot to the production of Tvice's next album where He wrote and sings the song “TOI ET MOI”, which is considered by many websites and fans not only to being the song of the album "WELCOME TO HAITI", but the hit of 2010 for the Haitian Music Market. “Fem Vole” is another hit that is another favorite among that album. Further earning Olivier the respect of his peers and the respect of his loyal fans as one of the greatest singer/songwriters in the arena of the Haitian Music Industry Biographie : Né à Port au Prince et Elevé en Haïti, Oli Duret (Olivier Duret) est le cadet de sa fratrie. Oli Duret, a débuté la chanson très jeune, il chantait souvent... Y compris à l’école où il a souvent été invité à  « Baisser le ton ». C’est dans les années 2000 que sa carrière musicale commence tout en concluant son diplôme d’étude collégiale. C’est une succession d’évènements qui s’en suivent, en 2001 il commence à travailler avec un groupe appelé « Kai », en 2004 C’est au côté de Mikaben (Michael Benjamin) qu’il fait ses preuves en tant que chanteur/compositeur… Les collaborations SE poursuivent et il travaille en partenariat avec de nombreux artistes haïtiens durant cette période.  Oli Duret explose ontologiquement l’industrie de la musique haïtienne en 2005 quand il rejoint T-Vice, un des groupes les plus réussis du KOMPA de l'époque moderne. Oli Duret agrandit son empire avec sa chanson « SANTIM TA KRIYE » il contribue à la création de l’album de T-VICE où il écrit et chante la chanson «TOI ET MOI» qui est considéré COMME « LE » HIT de l'album « WELCOME TO HAÏTI »  Après avoir démontré ses capacités au sein de ses collaborations Oli gagne le combat dans l’arène de l’industrie de la musique Haïtienne et le respect de ses fidèles. En 2013 il réalise entièrement (production, écriture et composition) le titre « MA CHERIE JE T’AIME » hit de l’album DE T-VICE « RESAN ». IL SORT PARALLELEMENT SON SINGLE “DANRE RA” QUI LUI PERMET D’EXISTER DESORMAIS COMME “OLI DURET” ET REPOND AU SURNOM DU “BEAUGOSSE DU KOMPA”.
