OTT, or over-the-top platforms, are the newest and biggest platform in town for both Audience and Movie Makers. OTT platforms have provided a stage for aspiring artists. Anyone with the dream of making it to the big screen has now gotten an easier route to reach the audience on a smaller budget. OTT platforms have helped in achieving a wider reach and making better profits. It has made the whole Cinema business easily accessible to everyone. With the COVID-19 pandemic, various OTT platforms came as a rescue to many people to fight boredom and enjoy quality time with their loved ones. OTT platforms have grabbed so much attention that, there was a market for OTT platforms in various regional languages. The speaker highlighted the growing market of OTT platforms and the opportunities that come with it for both Moviemakers and Movie enthusiasts. Well connected and networked both within and outside the film fraternity, I’m grateful for the opportunities that have come the way that have helped hone my talents and enabled me to grow into the skillful professional I am.
