Day 5 of our cruise takes us to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, MSC Cruises’ stunning private island in The Bahamas 🌊🌴 We start the morning watching MSC Meraviglia dock at this gorgeous island before heading out for a full beach day. We originally planned to visit South Beach, but due to hurricane conditions and strong winds, we pivoted to the lagoon area, which ended up being perfect for a fun and relaxing family day. Ocean Cay’s lagoon is calm, beautiful, and home to multiple food trucks offering complimentary food, tropical drinks, and plenty of space to swim, relax, and enjoy the island vibes. Ocean Cay is known for its crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, eco-focused design, and one of the largest solar-powered islands in the Caribbean 🌞 After soaking up the sun, we headed back to the ship to relax at the adults-only aft pool, then changed for Tropical Night before dinner. Dinner was incredible, and we made our way back to the island just in time for an unforgettable sunset 🌅 As night fell, we grabbed comfy chairs and beanbags to watch the iconic Ocean Cay LED Lighthouse Show, followed by a beach party with bonfires, music, and dancing under the stars 🔥✨ Ocean Cay at night is truly magical and something you don’t want to miss.
