The famous lecture hall "Tai Chi Inner Strength and Practical Combat" is lectured by Master Zhanjun Wang, the 12th generation descendant of Chen Style Taiji. In the video, Master Wang explained Taiji in three parts: "Taijiquan's inner strength learning", "four stages of Taijiquan practice", and "the combination of Taiji inner strength and actual combat.” Take the Taiji push hand’s elbow strike as a leaning example. It introduces in detail the technicality of catching, transforming, and striking back in Taiji push hand’s, as well as the preparation of five bows coordination of the whole body. It shows that the combination of Taijiquan internal energy and with movements, can greatly improve the power of Taijiquan in actual combat.
