Kestrel, HS4000 the world’s most powerful Sulzer locomotive. While the Heljan model has been out for some time I really wanted to have a look at the history of this lovely locomotive and try and find out what she may have sounded like. (I purchased this model from Hattons in 2017) Through the magic of audio editing and with the kind permission of the following YouTubers I present two sound options for you. Starting with BR Class 47 based sound and then the more likely Russian TEP 70 locos. I am highly grateful to the following YouTube channels for their kind permission: James Wiltshire: / @jameswiltshire9318 class 47 sound base. SDJR7F88 / sdjr7f88 47 sound base. Banjostrings07 HD / @banjostrings07productions Class 47 sound base. Kay Law / @kylelaw19 47 sound base Jeffrey Ford: / @dima14794 TEP 70 sound base Diiselrong: / @diiselrong TEP 70 sound base Антон Иванюта: / @АнтонИванюта-ъ6ю TEP70 sound base.
