I put together this fun 25 min waistline challenge because I thought it would be the perfect energy boost for a lazy day! Shake your hips to the beat & feel the burn in your abs, obliques, arms, shoulders & maybe even your calves (I did!). Just remember to keep your core engaged to really feel that tightening effect around your waistline. 📈Workout Breakdown: Duration: 25 minutes Format: 3 rounds of 30 seconds work | 10 seconds rest Calories Burned: 200-250 Features: All standing, no jumping, no equipment, no repeat This is a medium intensity, fat burning cardio session designed to help you break a sweat, tone your upper body & increase your calorie deficit for the day, while giving your energy levels a nice lift. It’s completely low impact, all standing, with no steps or jumping involved. This static workout focuses entirely on the upper body (core, arms, shoulders...).
