If you do order one from there, or from any PCB manufacturer make sure to get the 0.8mm thickness. I got mine too thick and it doesn't fit in a cartridge shell. That's why I have post-it notes stuck to it. About the programmer (TL866II plus): It looks like you can still find these, but I heard they were discontinued and replaced by maybe the T48 Universal Programmer.
