Landmark NYC 300 Central Park West Renovation Before

This project began as a commission to design two bathroom accent walls, prompted by the owner’s love affair with artisan tile and connection to the essence of its organic beauty. In time, the project grew into the major renovation of a phenomenal art deco space. Guided by a modern, classic perspective, the transformation utilized materials designed to convey the purest expression of the space, and culminate in a unique and seamless integration of the building’s art deco provenance and the owner’s distinct sensibilities. The beauty of the outcome lies in its simplicity. Although the elegance of subtlety and the exquisite balance of material, light, color, and texture form the foundation for interior décor, we believe that in the end, this living space stands on its own without further adornment! This project proved to be one of my most favorite and challenging creations.
