This video is about Hypnosis for Self Love. The aim of the session is to help the listener to build confidence, enhance self esteem and promote better sleep. Although this has been created with teens and young adults in mind it can be listened to anyone. We are told over and over "if you can't love yourself how can any one else love you" yet self love can be one of the hardest things to do. This session today is pumped with suggestions and ideas using hypnotic language and metaphor to help you discover or rediscover the resources that are already deep within you. I truly believe that all the answers are inside your head so it may be that you just don't know how to access them. As with all my sessions the more you listen the more your mind will associate the words I say with your reality. All you have to do is take the first step. What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a natural state similar to guided meditation where your mind is focused on something and in this instance it’s my voice and the topic I am talking about. Because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis you are 100% in control, therefore, if at any time you choose to end the session all you have to do is open your eyes. Getting Ready: Find a comfortable place where your back is supported and you will not be disturbed. It is recommended that you use stereo earphones to maximise the listening experience. Enjoy.
