Devin Moran, shares her experience taking the MCode assessment, learning the Motivation Code Framework, and becoming a Certified MCode Coach. Here's what Devin has to say: "So assessments. I am in the world of education, so they're relied upon very heavily — rightfully so. But they are always kind of void of humanity or just day-to-day practice. So while I understood the benefit, and I was a big fan, MCode has revolutionized my care for this work again. I really have enjoyed this assessment. The results, um, they're spot on for me, and they really have impacted the way that I work. I have a consulting business called the Joy Praxis. And with that practice, we want to make sure we are doing organizational leadership and educational development work with purposeful joy in mind. And what better than talking about motivation and how things light you up, in order to make sure that joy is centered in the work that you do. So that's really impacted me and my practice — the way that I consult various different constituents. And the very best thing about MCode, I think, is the community of people that are leaning into this work. I have really enjoyed getting to know the team behind all of the work that's happening.
