Why attend the second annual American Foregut Society meeting and hands on course? Watch and learn why you cannot afford to miss this incredible opportunity! We have world renowned faculty of GIs and surgeons, live case presentations, and extra time dedicated to discussions at the end of each session. Our international faculty include Prof Lars Lundell and Dr Paul Moayyedi. On Sunday, Dr Ken Chang will be hosting a hands on course at the newly renovated state-of-the art UCI Health H.H. Chao Comprehensive Digestive Disease Center (CDDC). This venue will provide a unique opportunity to receive intensive training in multiple foregut endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures and devices. The 3-story Center has 10 large procedure rooms, giving us up to 20 endoscopy/laparoscopy stations for an in-depth experience over the 4 hours. Endoscopic foregut procedures such as Endomicroscopy, VLE, mucosal ablation (RFA, Cryotherapy, hybrid APC) EMR, ESD, clipping, suturing, stenting, radiofrequency and trans-oral incisionless fundoplication for GERD, are all slated for this training, as well as laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
