In August/September 2022, Erlend and I finally embarked on the trip we had been talking about for a long time. To packraft northern Norway, from Øvre Anárjohka through the Finnmarksvidda down to Karasjok. We had the joy of starting this journey with a seaplane that took us to the lake Buolzajavri. There, we inflated our packrafts and began the 125 km long descent along the Kárášjohka River. It was an incredibly amazing trip, offering stunning scenery and thrilling, action-packed paddling. In this film, we take you along the entire route and also share tips on which rapids to watch out for.
