She earned her B.S. in Neuroscience from Georgia State University, MPH in Health Policy from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and recently graduated from Duke University School of Medicine. She is passionate about health policy, mentorship, and integrating faith into the practice of medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio University and is preparing to begin his orthopedic surgery residency at University Hospitals Cleveland. Jalen is passionate about mentorship, musculoskeletal health, and increasing diversity in medicine. He has been involved with the Nailed It Ortho podcast, where he helps break down complex orthopedic topics and research for students and trainees. Outside of medicine, Jalen enjoys playing basketball, weight lifting, and connecting with others on their journey into orthopedics. A former athlete and devoted father, Dr. Dolce draws on these life experiences to approach his work with dedication and to treat every patient with compassion. As he enters his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Virginia, he is committed not only to becoming a highly skilled surgeon but also to leading with empathy, understanding, and a strong sense of service to both his patients and his community.
