BIS. If you want, you can use stormheart as a placeholder although it's recommended that you play other setup, such as lightning eor or melee/ranged ps before switching over. Shield: Skybreach provides insane flat dmg, phys res, bonuses to shaman and insane da, making it the best option for our s&b setup. Alternatively, Dawnbreaker's duty is a solid option but again, it's recommended that you use a different setup and have all items before switching. Helm: Korvaak here caps our attack speed and helps us getting the full savagery stacks. BIS. Rings: Kelphat'Zoth for the stormcaller pact bonuses, armor craft as well as a very powerful proc. Gollus ring for some solid extra regen and maxed out mogdrogen's pact, super important for the flat dmg. BIS. You can use an extra gollus ring if you don't manage to obtain seer's prefix on kaisan ammy. Amulet: Kaisan, very standard, nothing really provides as much value. BIS. Seer's prefix to hardcap Mogdrogen's pact. Chest: Valaxteria provides us with some nice resistance reduction via Raging Tempest and you can roll Trickster's prefix on top for the savagery bonus, which is actually easy. BIS. Shoulders: Loghorrean are some shoulders i have lately been using quite a bit. In this specific situation they are used to balance our stats. Other shoulders didn't really provide anything useful from my tests. BIS. Pants: Solael for the life leech and freeze res in this specific instance, also for the bleed res which is lacking. You can alternatively use something like Grava'thul Legguards for the extra rr or dreeg for the extra oa, as long as you can fix your stats. Gloves: Cindertouch for the amazing proc and flat dmg it provides. You can use plagueguard grips and they'll also be good. Boots: Stoneplate for the phys res, armor value and crafting bonus. Intrepid Warboots are good if you can't fix cc res or lack poison/vit res. Stormbearers or Primordial rage boots if all your stats are good and you stabilized cc res. Medal: Korvaak's brand provides smite bonuses, flat lightning dmg, good stats and most importantly, bonuses to savagery, BIS. Tempest sigil is the best alternative until you get korvaak's brand. Belt: Storm shepherd, bonuses to shaman, flat dmg, oa and attack speed, just the best option overall, BIS. Arcaneweave Cord, Chains of Brandis and Bysmiel's lethal girdle are all solid alternatives until then Relic: Eye of the storm, insane damage and bonuses to shaman, best option for a build like this. If you've yet to obtain it, you can use Iskandra's Balance, Desolation or ignaffar's combustion. Devotions: Here in this instance i went with a balance between offense and defense on nowadays meta which is elemental t2 devos for lightning. The only mandatory devotions are crown for the flat resistance reduction and Widow for the standard -% resistance reduction. Feel free to customize it to your preference, as long as you can balance stats and dmg. And that's about it. If you have any questions regarding the build, dont hesitate to ask.
