It upgrades your existing Heavy Sniper into an improved version. It's also best that the other guy volunteers to be a decoy while in his armoured #KarinKaruma. It helps divert the attention of the pursuing enemies (and cops) away from the target car, thus avoiding or minimising damage. ⌚7:00 The parachute method is a bit more stealthy and quicker to pull off. Just climb the second container crane and jump from there onto the container ship. There is a parachute on top as well in case you do not have one ready.
