How to Create a Memory Jar for 2025 DIY 1/8/25 Our family creates a memory jar each year. We write and add memories on notes to the jar throughout the year. Then on January 1st we read all the notes. It is a fun way to remember these events from the year. You really don’t have to even decorate your jar but I like making them different each year! I used a 32oz Mason Jar, some burlap ribbon and lace. I secured with glue and added a tag. Then just put the jar in a central location for your family to fill up.
