ढाबा स्टाइल Mix Veg सब्जी बनाएं घर पर आसानी से | Dhaba Style Mix Veg Sabzi | Zayka Ka Tadka - Video By Vijay Haldiya -------------------------- Recipe - Ingredients:- FOR GRAVY: 1. Oil - 1 tablespoon 2. Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 teaspoon 3. Bay leaf/Tej patta - 1 no 4. Cloves/Laung - 2 no 5. Cardamom pods/Elaichi - 2 no 6. Cinnamon stick/Dalchini - small stick 7. Black peppecorn/Kali Miri - 4 to 5 no 8. Green chili /Hari mirch - 1 slit + 1 9. Ginger/Adrak - 1/2 inch grated + 1/2 inch 10. Tomato/Tamatar - 4 no 11. Kashmiri red chili powder/Lal mirch powder - 1 teaspoon 12. Turmeric powder/Haldi powder - 1/4 teaspoon 13. Coriander seeds powder/Dhania powder - 1 teaspoon 14. All spice mix powder/Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon 15. Salt - to taste 16. Cashewnuts/Kaju paste - of 5 to 7 no 17. Dry fengreek leaves/Kasuri methi - to taste 18. Homemade malai/Milk cream - 2 tablespoon 19. Coriander leaves - to garnish FOR MIX VEGETABLES: 1. Oil - 1 tablespoon 2. French beans/Beans - 1/2 cup finely chopped 3. Carrot/Gajar - 1/2 cup finely chopped 4. Green peas/Hare matar - 1/2 cup finely chopped 5. Sweet corn - 1/2 cup parboiled 6. Cottage cheese/Paneer - 1/2 cup (small size cubes) Instructions:- FOR MAKING THE GRAVY: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok/kadhai. Put the cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, black peppercorn, one slit green chili and 1/2 inch grated ginger. Saute well. 2. Take tomatoes, one green chili and 1/2 inch ginger in a mixer jar. Grind to make tomato puree. Then add this puree to the wok. Mix well. 3. Now, put the kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, all spice mix powder and mix well. Allow it to boil. 4. Then, put the cashew nuts paste. Mix well. Rub the dry fenugreek leaves and then add. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes till the oil oozes from it. FOR PREPARING THE MIX VEGETABLES: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Put the finely chopped beans, carrot and saute for 3 to 4 minutes till they become soft. 2. Then, put the parboiled green peas, sweet corn and mix well. Put the paneer cubes and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. 3. FOR MAKING THE MIX VEG SABJI: 4. As the gravy cooks, put the sautéed mix vegetables in the gravy. Add the homemade malai, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves. 5.
