Mix five eggs, 65 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and three drops of vanilla extract in a bowl. 2. Sift out 250g of soft flour. 3. Add 625g of milk a little by little and mix. 4. Dissolve 90g of unsalted butter to add. 5. Sift the dough and divide it into 7 equal pieces. 6. Add food coloring to each dough. 7. Put a very small amount of oil in a well-coated frying pan and wipe with a kitchen towel. 8. Heat it over very low heat, then pour the dough and spread it wide. 9. As the edges become thinner and the bubbles rise, turn them over and cook them a little more. 10. Cool the finished dough in the refrigerator. 11.
