Ramil Madriaga was offered P1-B not to testify vs Duterte, lawyer claims | DZMM TeleRadyo

The lawyer of alleged bagman Ramil Madriiaga claims his client was offered a P500 million to P1 billion bribe to keep quiet about his allegations against Vice President Sara Duterte. Atty. Raymund Palad said the bribe offer was allegedly made by a frat brother last month. “Yo don’t need to recant, wag ka lang mag testigo,” the frat brod allegedly told Madriaga. Madriaga, whose affidavit was included in the impeachment complaint against Duterte, has claimed the Vice President was bankrolled by POGOs in the 2022 elections and that she allegedly received millions of pesos in confidential funds. Madriaga has claimed his life is in danger after he made the allegations.
