It increases the heat and spiciness of the cuisine. A stem/twig/root of Chui is cut into pieces around 1 1/2-inch long, after peeling the skin and then used in cooking, especially meat. Chui Jhal, an exquisite spice most commonly found in Bangladesh's Khulna district. Khashir/Mutton Chui Jhal is made with Garlic, Chui and lots of spices. This aromatic & flavorful recipe with a unique taste makes it a special dish. The mutton piece is moderately big and is succulent & flavorful. Mutton Chui Jhal with garlic punch gives your typical beef bhuna a unique flavor. The balance of spices making it a finger-licking curry. All of the spices are pasted (বাটা মশলা), giving the dish a somewhat varied and mouth-watering flavor.
