And today, I'm here to answer the question, what are we going to do to attract more buyers to your home? And that's a good question because there's the old way of doing things and then there's the new way of doing things and I joke, when I say the old way of doing things, but the old way used to be three P's and it used to be put a sign in the yard, put the information in the MLS and then pray that a buyer comes to buy your House and well you can get away with doing it like that before but times have changed. So the question now is what is relevant and critical now to attract buyers to your home? And well today you have to consider the three new P's, preparation, price and promotion. And that's really where we come in because you have to have a strategic marketing game, plan and campaign in order to attract more buyers to your home. Now, Buyers are everywhere online if you know where they are and how to find them. So, you might be asking yourself, where are those buyers and how to find them? Well, according to the National Association of Realtors, ninety-five percent of buyers start their search online and that's why it's so important to have an aggressive marketing campaign, using all those online tools, like websites and blogs and social media, YouTube Facebook, but also those traditional Ways as well as putting a sign in the yard, open houses, things like that. So when it comes to marketing and home to expose it to the most buyers, it's not something that you want to take lightly and just put the sign in the yard, put it into the MLS and pray. We want those three new P's, preparation pricing, and promotion. And you really don't want to do those old three p's, especially if you're looking for a certain price or maybe you're looking to sell within a specific timeline, right? You Just expose that property to the maximum number of buyers who are currently in the market looking to buy homes today. So that's what we do here is we have a 12-week marketing plan. So even if your home is going to sell much faster, we have that plan with different points and different strategies to expose it to the maximum number of buyers, which is what we want, right? And we're doing all those different points and all those different strategies to make sure that your home gets seen by the most people who are currently looking to buy a home today.
