Late Winter Tour Of My South East England Garden 🌳

With Spring just one month away, I thought you might like to take a tour with me around my garden in late Winter. I live in Essex in England, in the South East. I’m about 30 miles from the City of London in one direction, and about 30 miles from the coastal City of Southend-on-Sea in the opposite direction. Here we are the equivalent of a US Hardiness Zone 8 which means our Winters generally stay quite mild, although our Summers are not that hot in a normal year, and we also get quite a bit of rain throughout the year. We’ve lived here for 20 years this November (2025) but I’ve only really been spending the past 10 years concentrating on the garden. We had it hardscaped about 8 years ago and I’ve been showing my garden on YouTube for the past 5 years, so practically every plant you see today has been planted in the last 5 years - with quite a few deaths along the way 😊 I hope you enjoy the tour!
