This goes through everything from removing the Torque Member and Caliper, to cleaning up rust spots, to greasing up the Caliper Pins, and reassembly, and everything in between. There was a manufacturing issue and they can break, causing a safety issue. If you haven't already, they should be replaced. The new torque specs for the torque member is 91 ft/lbs, instead of 62 ft/lbs.
