Prince William and Kate meet families at Scottish forest during anniversary trip | ABS-CBN News

Britain’s Prince William and his wife Kate greeted families at a forest in Scotland on Wednesday (April 30) on a trip to celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary. The pair visited the Ardura Community Forest on the Isle of Mull to shine a spotlight on nature. William, the heir to the throne, married Kate Middleton, as she was then called, on April 29, 2011, in Westminster Abbey in a ceremony watched by millions around the world. They had met a decade earlier when they were both students at the University of St Andrews on Scotland's east coast. Rather than marking the occasion at home, the Prince and Princess of Wales returned to Scotland for a two-day visit to the Isles of Mull and Iona, part of the Hebrides archipelago off the west coast.
