Spotlight on Editors of Color: Spotlight on You with Guest Jamaal Pittman

Join Ebonye Gussine Wilkins with guest Jamaal Pittman as they celebrate Black History Month by spotlighting Black Editors who are changing the game and what that could look like for editors of color who want to do the same. While this event and others are part of our Black History Month celebration, they also kick off EFA's year-long series entitled, "Spotlight on Editors of Color." Each session will include a discussion between the speakers, a break out time for workshop activities, and a chance to come back together and share insights. This video only includes the discussion. The EFA was excited to giveaway Jamaal's book The Copy Editor's (Life)Style Guide: Maintaining Your Joy (and Sanity) in a Rapidly Changing Profession as a door prize to a random participant at this event.
