Low Back Pain Relief Guide Here - https://bashbackpain.com/managing-bac... Returning to training after a herniated/bulging disc or any type of lower back injury can be scary. You don’t want to make it worse but you want to see some progression and obviously become stronger in your program overall. When I had my disc herniation l5s1 and bulging at l4l5 I had to give up deadlifting, squatting and strong man until my disc had healed enough for me to return to the gym. I then went about building up my strength and spinal stability without initially loading my spine directly but in a way that would allow me to load it further down my recovery path. In today’s video, I go over my 3 rules if you want a safe and effective return to gym training.
