This week, we stayed at Veterans Memorial Park in West Salem, a peaceful La Crosse County campground with tons of family-friendly amenities and campsites right on the river! We also hit up a few of our favorite local food joints: Food Dudes (Holmen) – The best burgers and fried chicken sandwiches around! Muy Caliente Taco Broz (La Crosse) – Birria tacos and loaded asada fries? YES please! Buzzard Billy’s (La Crosse) – Our go-to spot for Cajun-style shells and cheese!
