Date: 04-01-2022 Bahadurpura Police apprehended Two Women Accused in a POCSO case. Facts of the case in Cr. No. 327/2021 U/s 363, 366-A, 370, 370 A, 343, 376|2](n), 37613), 376(D) R/w 109 IPC and Sec. 5(n) R/w 6 8 17 of POCSO Act-2012 of PS Bahadurpura, Hyderabad. On 01-12-2021 at 12:30 hours complainant XXXX lodged a complaint about missing of her minor younger daughter. The victim and her elder sister regularly quarrel about daily house chores and on 20-11-2021 evening also both quarreled and in the night hours the victim minor girl left home and reached Fish Building at Rajendranagar via Inner Ring Road. When she was alone going in the night some unknown boys followed her. Meanwhile the Victim has noticed the accused A-1 and A-2 with an auto, on that she told them about following of unknown persons, then the accused persons A-1 and A-2 took her to their house at Upperpally Rajendranagar and introduced with the A-3 and A-4, informing that the Victim will stay with them. On 26-12-2021 the accused persons A-1 to A-4 shifted the residence from Happy Homes to Alinagar, Mailardevpally, where the A-1 and A-2 indulged in sexual intercourse when the victim was under influence of sedation. Further, A-3 and A-4 helped the A1 & A2 in the offence and also called customers for sexual exploitation of the victim. Later the Victim has shared about her location through Instagram by using A-4 cell phone her elder sister's Instagram Id. Then the police reached to the spot and rescued the Victim Girl. Details of arrested accused persons: A-3: Bushra Sultana @ Sana R/o. Upperpally, Rajendranagar. A-4: Ayesha Begum@ Asha R/o. Upperpaly, Rajendranagar.
