One of India's leading fitness and nutrition consultants, who aims to revolutionize the fitness industry, starts his talk by telling us how he came into the sporting industry and how his family had a prior history of competitive sports. He talks about his days at school, where people made him feel worthless due to poor academics. He proved them all wrong by getting admission into National Defense Academy in his first attempt and later becoming an Indian Airforce Pilot. Moving on, Akshay tells how he got into bodybuilding and emphasizes that he feels there is a lack of research and evidence-based approaches toward fitness and nutrition. This thought proved to be the turning point for Akshay's future endeavors, wherein he started writing blogs and recording videos to spread knowledge about proper fitness among all age groups. As Akshay proceeds with his talk, he talks about five particular points on which we as humans should change our perception and lifestyle, which include points like - Not believing in Google solely, Having a science-based approach towards things we do in life, among other insightful ones. His points, though brief, hold the power to make someone's life better. Before concluding, Akshay leaves us with a quote to ponder upon, which goes like this: "Methods are Many, Principles are Few, Methods do Change, Principles Never do." Akshay Chopra is a graduate of the prestigious National Defence Academy and the Air Force Academy. He is a former Indian Air Force pilot and has been the captain of the Air Force Bodybuilding team. He is among India's most qualified health, fitness, and nutrition consultants. Referred to as the Wikipedia of the Indian fitness industry, he is a prolific writer & the author of more than 90 books.
