This one is one of my favorites. We use it to recording Drums, Picking up the kick and the snare independently, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and vocals. I couldn't believe the versatility this mic has. Yes is it "technically" two mics... but it is purchased as one mic. Therefore it fits our criteria. Most budget interfaces come with two channels so you would be able to incorporate this easily.
