Watching videos, or TV shows, or listening to the same music or song over and over again is something most neurodivergent people do to help them feel better. Some days I feel so overwhelmed with sensory overload, social interactions, constant problems, and just the effort it takes to get through each day that I need something to just zone out to. Even if it is just the music in the background. I like to watch calming videos and it really helps to regulate my mood and emotions, lower my heart rate, and put my mind into a better state. I created this video to help me, and I would like to share this with you now. I hope you find it helps as much as I do.
