Guided by the skillful hands of Giacomo, our carpenter, shelves are being installed, and meticulous details perfected. The arrival of our Lacanche Oven triggered a necessary electrical upgrade, navigating the complexities of Italian bureaucracy. Grateful for Bruno, our trusted electrician, and his expertise, we're now set to seamlessly incorporate the new oven. Concurrently, Giacomo and David have installed the vent hood insert, a robust addition harmonizing with the Lacanche. Our dependable marmista, Roberto, meticulously ensured the sink and countertop achieved perfection, marking the completion of the kitchen. Turning our gaze to the new year, windows take the spotlight with an anticipated delivery in late January. Opening two windows upstairs promises an influx of natural light, framing picturesque views of the surrounding forest. Looking ahead over the next six months, anticipation builds for thrilling projects. Sourcing trips to Paris, the finalization of our collection, and preparations for a new family member and the launch of our online shop all form part of our exciting journey. Nesting and last-minute renovation touches take center stage, culminating in the joyous celebration of becoming parents in March. Progressing through the months involves adapting to parenthood, completing bathrooms, and crafting living spaces, each step intertwining challenges and joys.
