We looked at several examples on the thinkorswim paperMoney platform. We placed an example trade. We also demonstrated how to create a stop loss order to buy back the covered call and sell the stock. A covered call is an options strategy where you sell a call option, that is “covered” by stock you own, to generate potential income in your portfolio. In this third option strategy episode you’ll learn what a covered call is, understand your obligations, risks, and potential rewards, associated with this strategy.
