I open up a couple front wheel hubs to show where the bearings are and talk through how to replace them. Good way to decrease the rolling resistance in your wheelset and free up some speed. Fairly simple to do and don't need any special tools. If your wheels no longer spin super smooth, check on the bearings to see if they need replacement.
