Hey Curl Friendz 👋🏽 Today we are starting a new series about something that every stylist, barber, and service professional will face at some point — how to handle a client with a bad attitude. The reason I created this series is because a lot of professionals are not taught how to navigate these moments. Clients can have bad days, stressful situations, or sometimes come in with negative energy, and as licensed professionals we still have to know how to respond with professionalism, boundaries, and grace. In this series, we will go through real-life scenarios and situations you may experience behind the chair. Each video will focus on one specific technique so you can clearly understand how to handle these moments the right way. You will learn: • How to respond when a client comes in with a bad attitude • What to say and what not to say • How to stay professional during difficult consultations • How to manage uncomfortable interactions with confidence • Real communication techniques every service professional should know These are the types of things that aren’t always taught in cosmetology school, but they are real situations we face daily in this industry. My goal is to show you what it looks like, what it sounds like, and how to handle it properly as a professional. If you’re a: ✨ Hairstylist ✨ Barber ✨ Beauty student ✨ Service professional this series is for you. I hope you learn something from each episode — from consultations to client interactions and everything in between. Don’t forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe, and share this with another licensed professional or beauty student who may need it. Welcome to the conversation behind the chair. — Gellisa Fevrier Natural Hair Educator #hairstylisteducation #behindthechair #hairstylistlife #cosmetologyschool #beautyindustry #clientcommunication #salonlife #hairstylisttips #licensedcosmetologist #beautyprofessional #stylisteducation #hairdresserlife #naturalhairstylist #salonbusiness #hairindustry
