If just one coil is not working and other coils work on the vape device, please check the following. 1) Please ensure the contact and thread on the coil is clean, and wipe with a Q-tip and some isopropyl alcohol. 2) If the fault remains, it could be a fault inside the coil. The coil has two wires inside that need to make good contact with the thread and contact pin on the vape. If one of those wires is not in place, it can lead to an open or closed circuit problem.
