Another video during this boring lockdown. Today i decided to share my ribs recipe. Easy to make, but it takes a long time. But patience is gold on your plate! I hope you enjoying my videos. Subscribe to my channel / @belgianchefwithfrenchaccent Facebook: / belgianchefwithafrenchaccent What you need: Ribs Honey Soy sauce Hoi sin sauce Oil Sesam oil Salt & pepper Something spicy Potatoes Butter Lemon Parsley Garlic 1/4 onion Aluminium foil Step by step 1/ 3spoons of honey and 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon oil and sesame oil, salt & peper and 2 spoons hoi sin sauce (or bbq sauce) add some spicy 2/ heat up gently 3/ take out the skin of the ribs (watch video) 4/ rub some marinade on the ribs, slow cook in oven at 120 C for 2h30 ( after 1hour rub some more marinade) 5/ cook the potatoes 6/ make the garlic butter. Melt a bit of butter and add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, chopped onion Salt & pepper 7/ cut the potatoes in half, add the garlic butter, pack it in aluminum foil. 8/ heat up oven at 220 C and put the potatoes in the oven 9/ put the ribs on a open oven tray with more marinade bake at 220 C, 15/20 minutes, put some marinade every 5 minutes for a nice caramelized crust 10/ serve and enjoy
