Butter chicken Serves 4 1 kg. chicken breast 🐔 Marinade: 4 cm. ginger 🫚 6 cloves of garlic 🧄 1 lemon 🍋 1 tbsp. Garam masala 🥄 1 tbsp. salt 🧂 Sauce: 2 onion 🧅 6 cloves of garlic 🧄 2 tbsp. Garam masala 2 tbsp. paprika 🌶️ 1 can of chopped tomatoes 🥫 2,5 dl. whipped cream 🥛 2 tbsp. butter 🧈 Cilantro 🌿 Rice 🍚 Naan bread 🫓 Pointed cabbage 🥬 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Start by marinating the chicken. Chop the garlic and slice the ginger and mix it with the lemon juice, garam masala and salt. Massage it into the meat in a plastic bag. Leave it on the table while the sauce is made. Cut the onion and garlic and let it fry a little in a little oil in a pot. Add the garam masala and paprika, and fry it for 30 seconds. Top with the chopped tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. Blend the sauce. Put it back in the pot and add the cream. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add the chicken pieces to the pot and let it simmer covered for 10 - 12 minutes. Cook your rice covered for 10 min. let them rest for 10 min. Check one of the big pieces of chicken to see if it is cooked all the way through but still juicy. When it is add the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Warm up your naan bread at the last minute. Sprinkle with coriander.
