South Beach Vaporizers brings you a short tutorial on using the VaporX XRT Dry Herb and XLT E-Liquid chambers with the VaporX XLT battery. Usage for both tanks is simple and easy. When using the XLT battery with the e-liquid chamber simply put your e-liquid into the chamber by squeezing it along the wall of the chamber until you reach the fill line desired. Some customer even enjoy mixing different volumes of e-liquids to create their own unique taste! To vape just press and hold the activation button while inhaling. It is recommended to hold the button for 2-3 seconds at a time while you inhale the e-liquid. To lock the XLT battery, press the activation button 6 times quickly till it blinks purple and your vaporizer will be locked against accidental activation (in your pocket or purse!). To use the XLT battery with the optional XRT dry herb chamber and filter tip, simply remove the XLT e-liquid chamber and pack the XRT with your "dry" herb (yes it must be rather dry, not sticky or wet! We suggest that you pack it half to 3/4 full in order to get proper airflow. With the XLT battery attached to the dry herb chamber adn the filter tip in place, press and hold the activation button for 10 seconds,release then depress again and inhale. We suggest that you remove the filter tip while depressing the activation button to get a feel for how long it will take for your particular herb to vaporize. Repeat until your herb turns brown to black. A burning taste can happen for several reasons most commonly is that the XL tank is over filled at one point, or mis-filled, leading to liquid in the atomization tube near the tip. E-juice can get trapped in what is best described as vapor/condensation cycle leading to overheating of the e-liquids and a "burnt" taste. Another issue that can arise is that the activation button is held down for long cycles leading to damage of the wicks or a similar type of situation as above. These are two of the most prevalent causes of the burning taste.
